If you need to return your product we're here to help

If you change your mind

You can cancel your order and receive a refund if you get in touch before it is shipped. Orders cancellations need to be cancelled before 2pm on the day you order. Note: if your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday you can cancel before 2pm on the next working day. 

If your products have already shipped we're happy to refund the cost of unwanted products. You'll need to cover the cost of returning the items to us and all items need to reach us in ther original, unopened state within 14 days of them being delivered to you. 

Damaged and Faulty Goods

If you are concerned your products have arrived faulty or damaged please get in touch using our Contact Us options or call us  on 0800 328 5826.

How to return your item

We recommend you return your parcel using a service that you can track and confirm delivery to us. When we receive your parcel we will inspect the contents and confirm you are eligible for a refund. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method you used and will take approximately 5-7 days.
