If You Change Your Mind
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if you contact us before it has been shipped. Order cancellations must be made before 2pm on the day of purchase.
- If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, you can cancel it before 2pm on the next working day.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it for a refund (see below).
If your products have already been shipped, we’re happy to refund unwanted items, provided:
- You cover the cost of returning the items to us.
- The products are returned in their original, unopened condition.
- The return is made within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page or call us on 0800 328 5826, and we’ll be happy to help.
How to Return Your Item
We recommend using a tracked return service to ensure safe delivery back to us.
- Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the contents and confirm if you are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5-7 working days.
Before returning your item, we recommend calling us so we can discuss your reason for return and assist you.
